Major’s Remarks:
1. As the flood season approaches, the Public Works Bureau, Agriculture Bureau, and Education Bureau are requested to conduct inventory and health inspections of the trees under their jurisdiction. Please ensure that the trees are pruned according to city regulations. For trees suspected of being at risk of collapse, the relevant bureaus and departments should assist the District Offices in promptly communicating with the community and proceed with the appropriate actions.
2. Given the recent increase in earthquake activity, all bureaus and departments are requested to conduct inspections of city-owned public facilities to prevent any harm to citizens while using these facilities. The Transportation Bureau is asked to assist by inspecting various transportation nodes and enhancing communication with agencies, such as Taiwan Railway and Taiwan High Speed Rail, to minimize the impact of earthquakes on residents' daily transportation.
3. For the "Reconstruction Project of Minsheng Bridge on South Route 171 in Zuozhen District," the Public Works Bureau is requested to oversee the project's progress to ensure that it is completed on schedule and with high quality.
