(1) The comprehensive planning of rural areas is an established central government policy that necessitates cross-bureau and departmental cooperation. Relevant bureaus and departments, including the Land Administration Bureau and the Agriculture Bureau, are requested to collaborate with the Urban Development Bureau's planning efforts to enhance the production, living conditions, and ecology of rural areas, ensuring sustainable development.
(2) Most of Tainan City consists of rural areas. The passage of the Rural Rejuvenation Act created opportunities for the revitalization of industries, landscapes, and living conditions in these areas. Therefore, the Urban Development Bureau, in collaboration with central government agencies, such as the Ministry of Agriculture and the National Land Management Agency, should strengthen cooperation to enhance the comprehensive planning and development of rural scenes and landscapes.

(1) The hard work and dedication of our firefighting colleagues are well recognized by citizens and friends alike. In 2019, the Fire Services Act was revised to allow firefighters to exercise their professional judgment and their right to evacuate at the appropriate time, aiming to reduce manpower strain, injuries, and casualties. As the saying goes, "To do a good job, an artisan needs the best tools." Therefore, firefighters are requested to become proficient in the operation of drones and robots and to focus on improving the relevant equipment.
(2) For disaster relief at sea, in water, and along rivers, particularly regarding the prompt rescue of drowning individuals, the Fire Bureau is requested to plan the use of drones and unmanned boats. Additionally, efforts should continue to improve other disaster relief and emergency rescue equipment to ensure that first responders can maximize their effectiveness.
