1. The regular session of the City Council, which began in April, has now entered the Interpellation phase. With one month remaining before the session concludes, it is crucial to respond accurately to the questions raised by council members during this period. Additionally, it is important to ensure that correct information is provided to the media and the public immediately after the meetings. This will help the public gain an accurate understanding of government policies.
2. In recent years, through the efforts of various bureaus and departments, Tainan City has successfully renovated many featured playgrounds and parks. Relevant management units are requested to inspect these completed facilities, gather public feedback, maintain high standards of upkeep, and ensure that the facilities are in good condition and safe, thus preventing any danger to the public.
3. Global Views magazine recently published the "County and City Governance Satisfaction Survey." All bureaus and departments are requested to review each governance evaluation indicator, make the necessary improvements, and publish the outcomes.

1. The Agriculture Bureau presented a report on the “Progress in Establishing Dual Cold Chain Facilities in Yujing and Jiangjun” (refer to written sources for details).

Mayor’s Comments:
(1) Thanks to the combined efforts of the central government, the city government, and the private sector, the export channels for Tainan’s agricultural and aquatic products have expanded, and international demand has increased. To ensure the quality and enhance the competitiveness of these products, the development of cold chain logistics centers is a crucial policy initiative.
(2) The establishment of cold chain logistics centers aligns with the central government's policy direction. Although the cold chain logistics center is an OT project, it carries significant policy missions. During peak seasons, it should facilitate the processing and cold storage of agricultural and aquatic products to extend product lifecycle, enhance product competitiveness, and stabilize production and sales. The Agriculture Bureau is expected to invite and accept bids from OT companies to meet the central government policy needs.
(3) In the future, the city government will also invest in two cold chain centers to safeguard public assets and ensure that policy missions and business strategies align with the development needs of agriculture and fisheries.

(1) This year's Dragon Boat Championship has been officially launched and will commence on June 6. A large crowd is anticipated for the event. The Sports Bureau is requested to prepare for the various events based on past experience. As the Dragon Boat Championship is both a folk activity and a tourist attraction, relevant bureaus and departments should plan ahead to ensure the cleanliness of the venue, the organization of booths, and the design of activities before the official opening.
(2) There will be public welfare booths at the event, promoting city government policy ideas, such as net zero carbon emissions, energy conservation, carbon reduction, sustainability, and anti-fraud measures. We hope that the large turnout will help more citizens and visitors understand our municipal infrastructure and policies. In preparation for rain on the event day, please ensure readiness for wet weather and confirm measures for environmental cleanliness and clear public movement routes.
